file not found?

i have downloaded the framework many times i got it to work before perfectly i got all the way to the end to the second lesson. here is the error i get: what do i do to fix it

Did you extract the file before opening it?

aha i forgot to drag out the file to the desktop i feel so stupid i just got so frustarted and it was like 4 in the morning, thanks bro!

i also dont know if this is normal everytime i debug the program stops unexpectingly and restarts even though its good you can hit it again and it will work just fine and saves your work is that normal
