hey chili i installed visual studio just how you explained it but when i try to do the homework for beginer it says this ''1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'C:\Users\Sibei Ompha\Desktop\Chili DirectX Framework\Chili Framework 2016\Release\Engine.exe'
1>Done building project "Engine.vcxproj" -- FAILED.'' i installed this yesterday so i have no clue what i should do since am a beginner

Make sure you only have one instance of VS open.
Make sure the SDK version matches the one you have installed ( 8.1, 10.16299, etc... )
Try clicking on Build / Rebuild.
