Not sure if this has been posted about but wanted to let you all know.

Along with the announcement of open sourcing .Net Microsoft released a new edition of Visual Studio Professional 2013, referred to as Visual Studio Community 2013.

Microsoft refers to it as “more capable than the previously released Visual Studio Express editions” (infoq.com). Users can author applications that target multiple platforms such as Windows, Android, iOS, and Unity. Visual Studio Express cannot use extensions but this newly released version can.

In order to get your hands on it.
Travel to this sight here which is an official Microsoft website
