Difficulty with income wars.

Well, I am having some major difficulties with income wars. I cant seem to find a way to work the states of all my units in income wars.
I am also having difficulties making a targeting system. Would I have to pass the HP and X,Y of all the units and buildings? That would be extremely difficult and ineffective.
I will upload my project just incase you guys need it.
