hey chili, you should re-write this, and give us a small amount of homework for coding everyday/every week/every lesson. would be cool :P and the people that answer should be able to give spoilers and stuff if you really don't know something and you can check if our homework is alright!

...Alright?¿

I do give you a coding exercise to do after the end of every video, bro. I could make up more stuff for you guys to do, but that would take away from the time I have to plan and record new lessons. Plus, it sounds suspiciously like something I like to call "too much work".

hey Chili,

I've downloaded the stuff (ugh that framework took like 2 hours..)
and I've done all the things that you showed in your lessons. I even did all the homework!
so, I thought the homework of lesson 6 would be really hard, but it wasn't! it was actually pretty easy.
now, I got it working but the box where the cursor is white isn't in the middle (check the picture) and the rest my cursor is red. I won't give any spoilers how I did it, but Chili, I would like you to give me the right Y and X coördinates for me to fix the white cursor box. :D

I know I'm pro with paint.

Nice diagram bro (high five)!
I'm glad to hear that you finally downloaded the tools and worked through the exercises. Did the framework really take 2 hours to download? It's only a tiny zip file...

Anyways, your colors are backwards bro. That notwithstanding, I think you did pretty well. However, I think you may have solved the problem in a different way than I wanted you to. Tell you what: look for a topic called "Lesson 6 Solutions *SPOILERS*", and post your code in there. If the topic doesn't already exist, then create it. After looking at your code I'll give you some pointers.

*high fives!*

thanks :D yeah i meant the visual studio c++, not your tiny zip file :P to download it was fast, but it was 5,6 gb that was installed. I'll make the topic really quickly and post all my hard-coded-hard-worked stuff in there.
