Hi XxWalKaxX,

Very good game, but I got really annoyed because I couldn't work out how to turn on the light which obviously opens the door LOL.

One thing to note. When you jump the bullet seems to fly up or down with you.
Maybe you need the character to turn if you walk backwards.

Is the whole map loaded in one go, or do you load it as you scroll.
I suppose it wouldn't hurt loading the whole thing in and using clipping. Is that how you did it. Or is eveything drawn?

i used per pixel clipping, i was working with turning the character around i had everything working but i was having trouble with bullet, so its kinda one of those things i was coming back to, i ended up making errors when i swapped everything to structs and it took me days to figure it out, turns out i had some drawing in with my logic and when i switched over to structs it was breaking when the player touched the ground

I got a question for you
May I use your jumping code in my game? because when I tried to code myself the player just teleported upwards and than back down.

i dont care the main part of it is from lux
@ asimov did you ever figure out the lights?? use your mouse to press the buttons, the object is to turn the all the lights on

Hi XxWalKaxX ,

Yes I got through the door. Didn't know you could use the mouse to do that. Nice idea with working out the lights.

After 10 minutes of shooting the blue thing I decided to jump into it LOL.

The platforms remind me of the game V on the Amiga.

Hey all ya need now is some nice 3D corridors ;)

yea i didnt no you could do that either but i had the idea so tried it and it worked haha, im working on on the second part of level one and next will be the boss lol, which with what i have in mind,the boss will be a lil tricky to beat
