I have already seen the same problem on this forum, but the solution didn't really help. (Or else i did it wrong, maybe some can add my skype and then help me through that or even teamviewer)

I don't know what to do, but I'm willing to work with you on this one bro if you really feel like you have to get this working. We gotta figure out a time when we can get online together and do the teamviewer thing. I might be able to figure out a fix for you if I could see exactly what's going on.

I had this problem too, but i solved it by just reinstalling the directx sdk.

Yeah try to reinstall the correct version of the sdk it think it was the june 2010.
Or/after try to reimport the includes and libraries. In this case sounds like it couldn't find the library.
