Im having the same problem.
Im running Windows XP 32 Bit with 1 GB of RAM.
Computer is a Dell.
Processor is an Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.80GHz.

I have an idea of how to fix this. The likely problem is that the program is requesting certain features that you video card does not support. To avoid this, we will have to alter the code which creates the Direct3D device interface object. If you are interested, let me know, and I will prepare a modified version of the framework for you to try out.

Okay bro, I think I might have a fix for you. Basically the problem is that your video card isn't advanced enough for the normal framework.

Download the ghilllie build of the framework here: http://www.planetchili.net/forum/viewto ... 1013#p1569

Try to compile and run that and tell me how it works for you.

Yeah bro this should work for you too... This is a special version done by chili for some noodles computer that aren't hot like my company computer was.
