i am getting problem in starting the visual studio;
please help me out ;
i am operating windows 10 and need sdk version ;
so what to do its showing problem in building solution.

That's weird. Looks like you're using VS2015. You should run the installer and make sure you've got the WinSDK installed. You could also try retargeting the solution; that might work if you have some other version of WinSDK already installed.
