A couple of things had to be done before it worked for me, though you didn't say what your problem was.
I had to Exclude from Project all the dxflib files from the header folder and source folder, then add them back. The mouse.h and mouse.cpp files weren't in the project, so had to add them. After doing that the project compiled and ran.
