I keep getting this error no matter what I do. I really need help I cant get any work done because this pops up everytime I build it.

Why does this happen?
By the way ive already tried cleaning it.

Maybe your program isn't closing properly so its still running after you stop debugging. Bring up your task manager and have a look in the processes tab. I had a similar problem.

Is it a win8 problem never had this problem till i switched os to my laptop?

No it dosnt show up in task manager it must be a diff problem.

Found something that might work, turn on the "Application Experience Service" in your services setting of windows. This seemed to have fixed the problem for a lot of people.
