I sometimes get that too.
Usually it fixes if you close VC and then clean the project folder. Use asimov's cleaner batch from the read this first page to clean it completely, then restart the .snl and compile to see if it fixes.
The error you get suggests you are accessing an array out of it's bounds, but this is probably from an earlier stage of the project before it stopped compiling it again.

Thanks so much guys! I cleaned the folder and reinstalled Microsoft visual C++ and now it works again!
I think I installed it wrong the last time because sometimes buttons were disappearing when I hovered over them, or when I dragged it out of the screen that part would be all glitched out and it went normal when I opened it in full screen again. I also remember that I didn't have to restart the first time I downloaded it, but now I did. Anyways, Thanks again guys!
