Dear sir,
When I attempt to acces the .sln file for the chili framework, I get the message "could not find the appropriate application to open this file" I am attemepting to open it through Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 express, and have erased and re-downloaded the framework several times attempting to fix the problem.

Did you take the folder out of the .rar first?
Else download the appropriate files and programs chili listed and try again. I think others have gotten it to work with VC 2012 so that shouldn't be a problem.
