I'm pretty sure you are on the wrong forum...

You might want to check on other pages that are about mobile programming.
I don't think any mobile platform uses directx or c++. Most run on python or other "lighter" languages and use their own graphics stuff. I think...

Hi Lux,

I have a windows 5 mobile phone and I think it has a cut down version of directx on it specially written for mobiles, but other than that I don't know.

Windows phone 8 will have support for native code (C/C++) and directx

Android also has support for native code via NDK and i think support for OpenGL

iPhone doesn't support C++ I know that for a fact, it does support Objective-C, so it may also support regular C
