i cant find the option to create a blank Win32 console application in the latest visual studio edition

anways minor issue guys its solved.i wasnt running in release mode instead i was using debug mode.
how do i close this post?

im getting a Fatal Error C1033
altho the game runs but i read this error is cux of bad sectors.
could this be the reason i cant increase the retical speed on multiple keystrokes?
